Responsibilities

This position will involve implementation (software delivery and configuration) services with the Intergraph Computer Aided Dispatch System.  Travel to customer sites, and installation and testing of the CAD system software, database software, as well as making sure the environment is always suitable and ready for training classes and cutover. 

Qualifications

  • Experience working in and managing a Windows client/server environment, including Windows Server operating systems, Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10
  • Experience with RDBMS platforms, including SQL Server 2012, 2016, Oracle 11g, 12c, SQL Server Always On and Oracle Dataguard
  • Working knowledge of Visual Studio and editing existing resource projects
  • Working knowledge of XAML, XML, XSL, and ASP
  • Technical degree preferred (CS, IT, IS)
  • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to travel up to 75% with concurrent weeks away from the home office
  • Prior public safety (9-1-1, Law Enforcement, Fire/EMS Service) operational and/or technical support experience highly desired
