Hexagon is seeking a talented and experienced solution implementer to work as part of a multi-faceted team supporting our large and technically-sophisticated Geospatial and Transportation solution suites. Candidates will work with customers/stakeholders to evaluate designs and solutions; perform requirements analysis and functional decomposition, system design, software design, and the coding and testing of complex algorithms, interfaces, and business logic on Windows platforms. Candidates will contribute to system specification efforts, develop and integrate solutions, interact with customers to present solutions, complete site acceptance tests, and move systems to productive operations. The ideal candidate will mentor more junior project team members.
The candidate will possess knowledge of, and experience with, advanced linear referencing concepts and data modeling. The candidate will also have experience with the use and implementation of various geospatial product suites, with emphasis on the implementation of transportation-industry applications.
Under general supervision, the candidate will perform assignments of moderate to high complexity in the design, development, integration, implementation, deployment, and support of geospatial applications. The candidate will work with customers to gather detailed requirements for implementation and development tasks, write test plans and workflow training documents, and conduct tests on new software.
