The objective with this position is to add energetic, career minded individuals to our professional and exciting team environment. This is an entry level position for our Maintenance Sales and Renewals Organization. The individual will perform administrative and sales support for the maintenance contracts and inside sales/renewals department. The primary focus is to ensure maintenance renewals are processed and received on time and on plan, working as a customer care representative to both internal and external customers. Other tasks include maintaining organized, accurate records, ad hoc preparation of reports and analysis for management, and customer support for internal and external customer issues related to maintenance contracts. 


  • Individuals should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of business and/or sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Training will be provided, however any advance experience in Deltek’s Costpoint or Oracle’s Siebel is a plus   
  • We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated individual with excellent customer service and communication skills to build relationships with our customers
