Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure is currently recruiting for an Operation Assistant to support the Americas region. You will be involved in a variety of operational areas and contribute to the business side of marketing operations. The Americas region is active in the following key industries: public safety, electric utilities, telecommunications, transportation, and local/state government.


You will support the North American team by providing flawless and efficient execution in these areas:


  • Coordinate business contracts between organizations and procurement teams to ensure timely execution
  • Administer purchase requisitions and coordinate with accounting teams for invoicing and payment
  • Organize customer distribution lists and general database cleanup
  • Research and data compilation of events and programs for optimal brand exposure
  • Manage requests for IT services to include requisition of equipment and devices
  • Liaise with vendors for purchase quotations and sampling
  • Perform various administrative tasks as directed for marketing and business operations


  • 2 years’ work experience or associates degree or higher
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attentive to detail
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Prior experience with purchasing processes and knowledge of accounting best practices
  • Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects
  • Self-motivated with the initiative to solve problems
  • Ability to work as part of a team and accept direction towards growth opportunities
  • Proficient with standard office programs and general understanding of IT software and processes
