This position will be responsible for creating and maintaining user documentation for products within Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure solutions, including online help, technical manuals, troubleshooting guides, and various release documents, using Author-it and Microsoft Word. Will work in a high performance agile/scrum team of mixed disciplines. Will participate in design and development discussions, and will execute and help test the software to produce comprehensive, accurate, and easy to follow documentation. Will track, manage and resolve documentation requests or defects using a work item management system (JIRA, VSTS, or Siebel). Will employ excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
