The Junior Project Manager will be responsible for customer-contract development projects or customer-contract systems/services implementation projects. Will oversee, scheduling requirements, resource and staffing requirements, and integration efforts for one or more project plan(s). Will act as the primary project and sometimes secondary interface to the customer to ensure the overall project plan and contractual commitments are met. Receives assignments in the form of project objectives and will be responsible for meeting pre-defined costs and target dates. Provides progress report updates to upper management.  


Candidates will also coordinate on or with manage multiple T&M and small to medium projects, along with supporting Program Management staff. He/She will work closely with Senior Program Managers and coordinate tasks and schedules to support the project.


  • Bachelor degree with up to 1 years’ experience preferred (technical and/or program management).  A general knowledge of software development implementation knowledge is a plus
  • Prior experience with developing and/or managing technical projects in a software implementation environment
  • PMI PMP certification is desired but not a requirement, if the candidate is not PMP certified they will be required to gain certification within 2-3 years of employment
