    The Program Manager will be responsible for customer-contract development projects or customer-contract systems/services implementation projects. Will oversee financial operations, scheduling requirements, resource and staffing requirements, and integration efforts for one or more project plan(s). Will act as the primary project interface to the customer to ensure the overall project plan and contractual commitments are met. Receives assignments in the form of project objectives and will be responsible for meeting pre-defined costs and target dates. Provides progress report updates to upper management.


    Candidates will also coordinate on or with manage multiple projects, multiple project managers, or one or more group(s) of employees that support project needs.


    • Bachelor degree with 7+ years’ experience preferred
    • Prior experience with managing complex technical projects in the Public Safety, Records Management or Security industries preferred
    • PMI PMP certification is desired but not a requirement, if the candidate is not PMP certified they will be required to gain certification within 2 years of employment
    • Preferred candidate location: CA, WA, CO
