    Responsibilities

    Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure IT Services Division provides outsourced IT Services primarily to long-term healthcare organizations. We are laser focused on providing clinicians and IT staff the support and solutions they need so they can focus on ensuring quality patient outcomes.

     

    We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative, self-driving, and focused individual to help us drive our development team and business as a whole. This position would be responsible for meeting with software stakeholders (internal and external) to define business level requirements for extending our ServiceNow software and translating those business requirements to a functional level. A successful candidate will learn our customers’ businesses and advise them on how to map their IT needs to best utilize Hexagon’s customer support platform and related technologies. The identified work will be driven by the analyst, in concert with development team leadership, to successful outcomes. In short, help us and our customers better leverage technology to meet business goals.

     

    • Ability to interface in a professional capacity with project stakeholders, including customers of the ITS organization
    • Develop business level requirements based on customer, leadership, or analyst identified business goals
    • Develop and analyze functional specifications based on business level requirements
    • Coordinate with developers to build and implement technology solutions
    • Own needs of different teams involved in the development process and ensure proper communication to all stakeholders
    • Gather feedback from end users about system performance
    • Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations)
    • Provide advice and functional training to end users

    Qualifications

    • Understand multiple levels of abstraction used when developing technology
    • Ability to manage time and assign priority on work to be performed
    • Excellent communication skills both at a business, functional, and basic technological level
    • Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role
    • Problem-solving aptitude
    • BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
    • Experience in project management considered a plus
    • Knowledge of clinical systems and technical troubleshooting considered a plus
