    Hexagon is seeking a Global Compliance Manager to manage and drive implementation of its global compliance program across three of its divisions (comprising approximately 74 entities in 37 countries and 5,000 employees). Hexagon’s compliance program currently comprises anti-corruption, customs, export controls, competition, data protection, and government procurement.  Responsibilities of the Global Compliance Manager will include:


    • Working with global employees to ensure compliance program requirements are understood and properly implemented
    • Identifying gaps in compliance program implementation, evaluating associated risks and implementing appropriate risk mitigation measures
    • Adopting/creating and maintaining division-specific tools, procedures, guidance, and other resources to facilitate divisional compliance with program requirements in a manner tailored to the specific technical and organizational characteristics of the divisions
    • Identifying, proposing and implementing new measures to improve the compliance program and adapt to an evolving regulatory landscape
    • Providing and/or coordinating appropriate compliance training for new and existing employees
    • Regularly monitoring performance of the compliance program and related activities - taking appropriate steps to remediate identified areas of non-compliance
    • Reviewing, evaluating and resolving compliance questions, issues and concerns - reviewing global compliance laws and regulations as necessary to provide effective advice to employees
    • Investigating alleged violations of laws, regulations, policies, and procedures, and recommending appropriate resolutions
    • Implementing appropriate remedial measures to address non-compliance and other identified compliance risks
    • International and domestic travel as needed


    • Experience managing a compliance program with relevant compliance risks
    • Ability to create strong/positive working relationships across a global enterprise, and deliver results with cross-functional teams
    • Pragmatic, with ability to consider creative solutions utilizing existing resources to improve compliance program
    • Effective prioritization, problem-solving and planning skills, with ability to see the big picture and follow through on delivery
    • Ability to translate complexity into simply and understandable policies, procedures and guidance
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently on multiple initiatives simultaneously
    • Background in global export control laws preferred, particularly in the U.S. and European Union
    • Bachelor’s degree required – master’s or legal degree preferred
