    Responsibilities

    The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns and activities as part of larger marketing efforts, creating impactful content, and managing our Pardot system and campaigns. The digital marketing specialist is part of a team responsible for website, email, social media, and content marketing that works with other marketing teams to plan, optimize, and execute on campaigns, events, and other activities. If you are a strategic thinker who is creative, passionate about digital marketing, and motivated to make a positive contribution to a global organization, this is the job for you. Responsibilities include:

     

    • Plan and execute digital campaigns and activities as part of larger marketing campaigns
    • Plan and execute campaigns in Pardot to support lead nurturing, lead scoring, events, and other activities
    • Create emails, landing pages, forms, social posts, and more
    • Measure results and suggest ways to improve performance as needed
    • Assist other marketing colleagues in optimizing their digital campaigns and activities
    • Manage our Pardot system
    • Develop new or improve upon existing demand generation/marketing automation processes and workflows
    • Contribute to overall digital marketing strategies and best practices
    • Stay current with new approaches and systems and recommend adoption, where appropriate

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
    • 5+ years of work experience in digital marketing, including planning and executing campaigns
    • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, best practices, metrics, and measurement
    • Proficiency with marketing automation systems and experience with CRM systems (Pardot and Salesforce.com preferred)
    • Experience with HTML, CSS, Photoshop, and Google Analytics
    • Design and copywriting skills
    • Strong communication and presentation skills
    • Experience working independently and collaboratively to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently
    • Highly motivated and organized, but also flexible
