    Hexagon Safety and Infrastructure is currently recruiting for a Contracts Analyst.  The objective with this position is to add energetic, career minded individuals to our professional and exciting team environment.  This is a mid-level position for our Maintenance Sales and Renewals Organization.  This individual will:


    • Perform administrative and sales support for the maintenance contracts and inside sales/renewals department. 
    • Work closely with Project Accounting, Sales, and FP&A to ensure maintenance contracts are set up in accordance with the contract language and revenue is recognized on schedule
    • Work with Legal and Contracts on compliance with negotiated terms and conditions specific to customer accounts
    • Learn product relationships as they affect reporting and functionality required on customer site
    • Update management and FP&A team regarding changes to maintenance contracts that affect bookings, revenue forecast, or revenue recognition
    • Identify and assist with process and system improvements, contributing to thoroughly testing new updates as implemented
    • Ensure maintenance renewals are processed and received on time and on plan - working as a customer care representative to both internal and external customers
    • Maintain organized, accurate records
    • Ad hoc report preparation and analysis for management in Microsoft Excel out of CRM system as needed and with minimal direction


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
    • 3-5 years of business and/or sales or customer service experience
    • Ability to review highly-involved contracts with strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and on multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to work as part of a team and accept direction towards growth opportunities
    • Prior experience with Deltek Costpoint and/or Seibel is a plus, but not required
    • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
    • Self-Starting with minimal supervision
